To ensure that you receive the entire treatment, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. Please let us know if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are on any medications that affect the skin, have had a deep chemical peel, laser treatment, or excessive exposure to the sun. This could be pertinent depending upon the treatment you are booking.

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel, reschedule, and change either Spa packages or multiple bookings (2 or more services). 50% of the value of your services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows are charged 100%.

We require a minimum of 5 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a single appointment. 50% of the value will be charged for cancellations within 5 hours. 100% of the value will be charged for no-shows.
