SPA ATTIRE
 
Spa attire is whatever is comfortable for you. For spa treatments, we provide robes and slippers. Most people choose to receive massage without clothes, however you may keep your underwear on if it allows you to relax more fully. We drape all of our clients.
Parties of 4 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
 
All appointments for spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
 
Multiple Appointments and Spa Packages - We require a 24 hour notice to cancel, reschedule, or change any multiple appointments or spa packages as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists. 50% of the value of your services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours. No-shows are charged 100%.

For Single appointments we require a minimum of 5 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value will be charged for cancellations within 5 hours. 100% of the value will be charged for no-shows.

CHECK-IN
 
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to appointment time. This will allow time for updating information, changing clothes, selecting polishes or essential oils.

LATE POLICY
 
Should you be running late, we'll be happy to hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. Please understand that your treatment will end at the original time scheduled so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

GRATUITIES
 
Gratuities are not included in the prices. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 20% is customary.
Parties of 4 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity.

HEALTH ISSUES
 
Please advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have immediately when booking your appointment. Waxing is not advisable for clients using Retin A, Renova, Accutane or Glycolic face products. Additionally, arriving with excessive sun exposure will require some services be rescheduled. Please avoid shaving one day prior to body scrubs. We have lovely treatments for our Mothers-To-Be. Please inform us of pregnancy upon booking appointments.

TO MAINTAIN PEACE AND TRANQULITY FOR EVERYONE
 
Please turn off all cell phones upon entering spa. Please keep voices down and conversation to a minimum during services. This will help ensure that you, as well as everyone else will receive the most beneficial treatment.
